Responsibilities
- Lead small group reformer classes (5-person max) with individualized attention
- Conduct assessments and design programs for chronic pain, athletic performance, pre/postnatal, aging populations
- Mentor apprentice instructors and participate in case study reviews
- Pursue continuing education and maintain professional studio standards
Required:
- 500+ hours Pilates training (mat and reformer)
- Current certification from recognized program
- 2+ years teaching experience
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Experience with injury rehabilitation or chronic pain
Preferred:
- Advanced certifications
- Special populations experience
- PT Background
- Mentorship experience
