CBS Therapy is a New England based therapy company created by therapists for therapists. Unlike other therapy companies, CBS Therapy Directors are practicing therapists and are accessible to any staff member. They speak your language and share your challenges. CBS Therapy is interested in helping therapists find rewarding experiences that are tailor‑made for their strengths, interests and schedules.

We are currently seeking a part‑time, enthusiastic, and compassionate Theater Instructor to lead an after‑school program for elementary/middle school students. This is a fun and meaningful opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with kids and want to make a positive impact through creative arts.

• Teach after‑school theater classes for elementary/middle school students
• Lead engaging lessons focused on acting, movement, storytelling, and self‑expression
• Support students’ confidence, communication, and social skills through theater activities
• Direct short performances or showcases as part of the program
• Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff

• 2 hours per week, Fridays from 4‑6 pm
• The production is scheduled to be performed in May, serving as a culminating showcase of the students’ work and progress.

• Has a genuine passion for working with children
• Brings positive energy, creativity, and flexibility to the classroom
• Has strong communication and classroom management skills
• Is dependable and professional
• Has reliable transportation
• Can commit to a short production in May

• Theater, performing arts, education, or youth work experience required
