Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Instruction – Implement age‑appropriate lesson plans and activities; foster a love of learning through creative teaching methods; observe and assess children’s development and adjust activities accordingly.
• Classroom Management – Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment; manage daily routines and transitions; address behavioral issues with positive guidance.
• Family Communication – Maintain open communication with parents/guardians; conduct parent‑teacher conferences; encourage family involvement.
• Health & Safety – Ensure cleanliness and safety guidelines; supervise during indoor/outdoor activities.
• Professional Development – Participate in ongoing training; stay current with best practices; collaborate with peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education.
• 2–3 years of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool.
• Completed state‑required pre‑service training.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
