RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Clinical Director of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to join the Dentistry Department at Jersey City Medical Center. This part-time leadership role combines clinical excellence, resident education, and program development in an academic, multidisciplinary environment. As Clinical Director, you will provide supervision and mentorship to OMS residents across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care settings, guide surgical management and trauma care, lead didactic and hands-on training, contribute to curriculum advancement, and collaborate with program leadership to maintain high standards of patient care, education, and compliance.

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $110 per hour for 20 hours a week. Compensation depends on education, skills, and experience.

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a CODA-accredited dental school
• Completion of a CODA-accredited OMS residency program
• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Eligible for licensure in New Jersey
