PositionFLEX Front Desk Associate (on-call or as-needed). This role is cross-trained to work at multiple locations and may require reliable transportation. This is a part-time position with shifts to start, and pay typically between $16 and $19 per hour; details discussed in the interview.

Typical DayAs a Front Desk Associate, you work at exclusive addresses where you are the first interaction for residents and guests. You monitor the lobby, handle incoming calls, requests, and package and food deliveries, and you greet residents with genuine warmth and appreciation.
Your priority is to make residents feel at home by showing sincere hospitality.
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide a Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell to residents and their guests.
- Provide knowledgeable information about surrounding areas.
- Interact with clients with sincerity and appreciation.
- Coordinate requests for dry cleaning pickup/drop-off, pet walking, housekeeping, and grocery delivery.
- Advise residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
- Present a professional appearance by adhering to Company Uniform and Grooming Standards.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and strive to exceed expectations.
- Facilitate contractor arrivals and visits from realtors, potential home buyers, and renters.
- Communicate effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow property-specific system for resident package receiving and delivery.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Follow procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
- Accurately record time and attendance in the Company s timekeeping system.
- Adhere to all Company Policies in the Employee Handbook and property regulations.
