We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Concierge to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for residents/guests, ensuring a welcoming, secure, and professional environment overnight.

• Greet and assist residents/guests with inquiries and requests
• Monitor building security, including access control and surveillance
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
• Assist with deliveries, packages, and visitor check-ins
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed
• Assist with events and transportation for residents as requested
• Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution

• Previous concierge, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to stay alert and professional throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills for emails, reports, and logging activity
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
