Position: Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

This position is a night shift role covering the hours of 11pm to 8am, on a rotating schedule with a team of night shift representatives. The site operates 24/7, so the Customer Service department does as well.

What

you’ll do
  • Understand and address customers’ needs, complaints, or issues with products or services.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to inquiries, explaining all possible solutions courteously and professionally.
  • Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and diffuse angry clients.
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Aim to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and role.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Experience and qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (contact center or retail)
  • Troubleshooting technical skills a plus
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with computers, especially CRM and tools
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including basic troubleshooting and multiple platforms/OS
  • Knowledge of iCasino and online sports betting (a plus)
Salary

Salary: $42,000 USD
