About the RoleAs a Social Media Content Creator, this person will be creating and curating engaging content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, and Tik Tok. To be successful in this role, this person will have a natural creative flair plus experience live tweeting events (sports preferred) and working across the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
They will have the opportunity to help develop our social media channels in a rapidly growing industry, working with outside vendors and internal departments to ensure we are leaders in the space.
- Concept, design, and execute high-quality content across all relevant social and digital channels in real-time.
- Produce original content daily that establishes BetMGM as best-in-class.
- Collaborate with team members on planning, ideation, design, and overall workflow.
- Strategize for growth of engagement and following on Instagram, X, Tik Tok, and You Tube
- Strong knowledge of sports, sports betting, and otherwise trending topics relevant to our industry
- Curate and develop channel-specific content that drives engagement and reach while maintaining brand voice.
- Responsible for live publishing during key sporting events to capitalize on engagement in social media platforms such as X and Instagram
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in related field
- Expert or Intermediate photoshop skills required.
- Experience with full Abode Creative Suite preferred.
- An out-of-the-box thinker who is both highly creative and highly decisive.
- Experience in live event coverage preferred.
- Experience in sport or gambling industries preferred.
- An eye for detail and ability to provide objective feedback.
The annual salary range for this position is $62000 to $70000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.
