A company is looking for a People Partner to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities- Plans and coordinates non-technical projects from initiation through delivery
- Manages project initiation activities and ensures alignment with operational standards
- Develops project plans, schedules, budgets, and coordinates tasks among project team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 5 years of employee relations experience, particularly in mergers & acquisitions
- Experience with investigations and reduction in force
- Proficient in creating and delivering severance agreements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Docusign
