Retreat Host​/Facilitator

WE Group delivers premium business and leisure retreats for leaders, founders, and purpose-driven individuals around the world. Our Retreat Hosts & Facilitators are responsible for ensuring experiences are delivered with precision, professionalism, and care.

This role is not about visibility or self-promotion. It is about service, presence, and execution.

Role Description

You will support the organisation, logistics, and guest experience on the ground, working closely with retreat creators, venues, and participants. The ideal candidate knows how to remain composed under pressure, solve problems quietly, and create a sense of ease for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of retreats and in-person experiences from arrival to departure
• Manage on-site logistics, schedules, and coordination with venues and vendors
• Act as a professional point of contact for guests, speakers, and partners
• Anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently and discreetly
• Ensure sessions, meals, transfers, and activities run smoothly and on time
• Maintain a calm, solutions-focused presence throughout the retreat

• Calm under pressure and adaptable in fast-moving environments
• Professional, presentable, and confident
• Service-oriented, with a strong understanding of hospitality and leadership environments

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting events, retreats, or VIP experiences
• Ability to work flexible hours during retreat delivery
• Legal right to work in the USA
