Job Description
What is the opportunity?
Drive design, execution, and ongoing management of Funding, Liquidity & Payment Services (FLP) team's strategic agenda. This includes supporting senior leadership in the development, planning, and execution of business-line specific priorities.
What will you do?
Strategic Advisory & Planning
Develop and implement operating plans aligned with FLP, COO, and Capital Markets-wide strategic objectives, monitoring progress through established metrics and benchmarks, and adjusting strategies as necessary to drive business performance.
Manage the setting, tracking, and communication of organizational OKRs, ensuring clear alignment with strategic priorities and facilitating regular updates and adjustments with strong strategic insight.
Conduct comprehensive analysis using analytical frameworks and methodologies to develop robust recommendations on business priorities, resource allocation, and strategic trade-offs.
Proactively identify obstacles, risks, and emerging issues; analyze root causes; and develop solutions to sustain momentum on key initiatives and work streams.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders across LFP and partner with Front Office, central Business Management team, Finance, and other key functions, providing objective counsel, data-driven insights, and constructive challenge to support informed decision-making.
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across COO Group, fostering alignment and coordinated action among business units and functional partners to advance strategic initiatives.
Lead the planning and execution of strategic leadership meetings and forums to foster alignment, facilitate open communication, and strengthen cross-functional coordination.
Operational Planning & Performance Management
Own performance management reviews in partnership with Finance (budgeting, forecasts).
Coordinate the development and execution of annual performance planning cycles, including bonus planning, year-end performance reviews, and related talent discussions.
Design and maintain comprehensive scorecards and dashboards that provide visibility into organizational performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and clear communication of results to leadership and stakeholders.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
Minimum 8+ years in business management, strategy, operations, or finance roles, with demonstrated experience in strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and board/executive-level support.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and business economics; ability to interpret financial statements and translate financial data into strategic insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling, data analysis, complex formulas) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations); comfort with business intelligence and analytics tools.
Proven skills in story boarding and developing meeting materials used in executive-level decision making.
Proven ability to build credibility and influence with senior leaders; excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to navigate competing priorities and build consensus across functions.
Ability to synthesize complex information, identify root causes, think systemically, and develop actionable recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.
Demonstrated capability to conduct structured analysis, use data to inform decisions, and challenge assumptions constructively.
Nice to have
Prior experience in investment banking, trading, wealth management, or other Capital Markets functions; familiarity with CM business models and regulatory environment.
Experience driving organizational change initiatives, adoption of new processes, or transformational programs.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Prior experience implementing or managing OKR frameworks or balanced scorecard approaches at scale.

The expected salary range for this position is $160,000 - $250,000 USD, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
