Experience:

$50,000 - $100,000

• Gather intelligence from subject matter experts and administers about needs and future improvements.
• Manage change requests and define the change implementation with steering committee.
• Work with management and in-house development team to develop and release enhanced department intranet.
• Work with management and in-house development team to develop new or enhance existing SharePoint team/application sites.
• Create business process diagrams, presentations, user guides, reports.
• Provide in-person/online user trainings.
• Perform quality assurance and code compliance review.
• Provide general help desk support as a member of the Apps Support Team.

• Must possess a BA/BS degree.
• Strong system analysis skills – able to produce concept/scope documents, use case and system requirements documents.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Power BI.
• Proficient in ECM solutions such as Open Text and SharePoint.
• Experienced with support of document management systems.
• Working experience with a large public government agency or utility a plus
• Knowledge of Docu Sign is highly preferred
