It is an exciting time at Chain IQ and our team in Jersey City are looking for an Expert in Transition & Transformation.
Role OverviewAs an expert-level Transition & Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives to transition and transform procurement operations for clients across the Americas. You will be responsible for designing and executing complex change programs that optimize sourcing, procurement, and supplier management processes. This role is critical in ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients, transitioning services, and delivering measurable improvements in procurement performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead transition and transformation projects, working cross-functionally to optimize global operations and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and manage detailed transition plans covering people, processes, systems, and governance.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations during transition phases.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party providers to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
- Manage change and transformation initiatives, driving adoption of new processes, systems, and services throughout the client lifecycle.
- Develop and execute transformation strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation and process enhancements.
- Identify and deliver cost savings, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation through strategic procurement initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation across procurement operations.
- Manage large-scale transformation programs across multiple geographies and business units.
- Apply structured methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PMP) to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor and report on program performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client goals.
- Build and maintain strong internal and client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and business alignment.
- Facilitate governance meetings, transformation workshops, and executive briefings.
- Act as a change agent, guiding stakeholders through the transformation journey with empathy and clarity.
- 7+ years’ experience in project management and business analysis.
- University degree, ideally with certification in project management, Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt or higher), or TQM.
- Strong understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes and systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results under continuous change.
- Strong communication skills, adapting to different audiences and business needs.
- Proven leadership capabilities in guiding teams through transformation and transition challenges.
- Collaborative team player who fosters an open and supportive environment.
- High motivation for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for New York City Metro Area is $120,000 to $170,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.…
