Responsibilities
- Assist with logistics planning for internal company events
- Research and coordinate venue bookings for meetings and offsites
- Coordinate catering and meal planning (ordering food, arranging dinners)
- Support day‑of event logistics and setup
- Maintain event calendars and timelines
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Track event budgets and expenses
- Handle administrative tasks related to event planning
- Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Prior event planning or administrative experience a plus but not required
- Hands‑on experience working at a high‑growth technology company
- A remote yet structured environment
- 10‑15 hours/week
