Expense Accounting Analyst

Own the day-to-day travel and expense accounting workflow, ensuring corporate card and reimbursement activity is coded correctly, allocated to the right entities/funds, and billed back accurately. You’ll partner across the business (including executives), drive reconciliations, and play a key role in a planned T&E system migration.

• Review corporate card transactions, reimbursements, and vendor invoices for policy compliance, proper GL coding, and correct entity/fund allocation (Navan/Concur).
• Perform expense report audits and resolve exceptions with employees.
• Reconcile the T&E platform to the accounting system monthly and investigate variances.
• Prepare the quarterly GP Reimbursement / intercompany billback file and invoices by fund.
• Use reporting to identify trends, potential misuse, and process improvement opportunities.
• Support the migration from Navan to a new T&E tool (target completion by end of 2026).
• Assist with ad hoc GP accounting projects.

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
