The Warehouse Operator must possess the desire and ability to manage warehouse inventory. As a member of the Jerome team, the Warehouse Worker will be a partner in the Supply Chain Division. The Warehouse operator role involves moving and managing warehouse inventory.

• Inventory Tracking and Reconciliation.
• Organization of Storage Area.
• Maintenance of Sanitation in the Work Area.
• Inspection, Quality Assurance.
• Transferring of finished goods, packaging, materials, and ingredients.
• Ensuring accurate and timely counts and reporting.

• Must be able to read and follow directions of load sheets, schematics, product labels, and have numerical ability.
• Safe Operation of a forklift.
• Safe Load/Unload of semi-trailers.
• Accurate/Timely receiving and inventory management practices; use and track through scan guns, pallet tags, pick lists, packing slips, BOLs, computer entry into Oracle and Access Lot Tracking database.
• Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision and perform multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving/inventory control.
• Experience with forklifts (certified preferred).
• Ability to move 60 pounds repeatedly.
• Willing to work nights/weekends/holidays (if necessary).
• Able to primarily stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic Math skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Office) preferred.
• Ability to meet all warehouse performance standards.
• Ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Ability to learn rapidly and perform multiple tasks.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
