Les Schwab Tire Center - - Responsibilities:
Greet customers and discuss their needs, answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues;
Provide product and service quotes and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary;
Assist in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assist with administration of credit program; assist with store inventory and picking up merchandise and parts as required;
Provide excellent customer service; promote store sales; identify customer wants and needs and refer customers to others as necessary;
Support in-store operations to maintain rapid pace and high customer service standards
