DaVita is seeking a Nurse to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make a significant difference in the lives of patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. We value empathetic, compassionate care—similar to how you'd want your own care to be.

Position Details:

• No dialysis experience required; training provided
• Training may occur at a different facility or clinic
• Float to various clinics during and after training
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You Can Expect:

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families
• Supportive team environment
• Care for patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring diverse nursing skills
• Oversee patient groups with support from PCTs, including observations and machine setup
• Work in a fast-paced environment using your head, heart, and hands

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school; B.S.N or diploma may substitute
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required

Nice to Have:

• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
