Nayaz is a fast‑growing company serving the senior care industry. We’re in our pre‑seed fund‑raising round and expanding our platform to obtain new contracts, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented contractor to help us move fast.

This role focuses on email outreach, follow‑ups, booking meetings, and driving survey completion.

This is a commission‑only, hybrid role with flexible hours and clear deliverables.

Responsibilities

Send outreach emails using provided templates
Follow up with home care agencies via email and Linked In
Book qualified meetings on the founder’s calendar
Drive completion of short surveys
Maintain a simple outreach tracker (Google Sheet or CRM)

Compensation

Commission per booked and attended meeting
% compensation for contracts, LOI & agreements
Performance‑based bonuses available

Ideal Candidate

Experience with email outreach, lead gen, or appointment setting
Comfortable with commission‑based compensation
Organized, responsive, and reliable
Strong written communication
Able to work independently and follow a process

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare, senior care, or B2B services
Familiarity with Linked In outreach or basic CRM tools
