Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring part‑time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Medical Center team!

Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person‑Directed Care.” You will develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist them to maximize independence and participation by delivering exemplary care for basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities. You will help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

With new, lower staff‑to‑resident ratios, CNAs have a manageable workload and can focus on high‑quality care.

Hourly range $19 - $21 depending on experience. Night, evening, and weekend shift differentials apply.

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or current enrollment in a program
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome
