What You’ll Do- Support scheduling and care coordination to ensure seamless client service
- Lead and back up client services, scheduling, and administrative teams
- Manage day-to-day operational flow with a project-management mindset
- Resolve urgent staffing or service issues calmly and effectively
- Improve processes, systems, and communication across teams
- Participate in on-call support as needed
- 7 to 10+ years experience in scheduling, operations, or client services leadership
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure, hands-on, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working in dynamic, people-focused environments
