Customer Service Rep

If so, we'd love for you to join our team at Rydal Park, a vibrant senior living community! As a Cashier, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and friendly experience for our residents and their families.
Schedule:
Part Time
Shift: 4p-8p every other weekend
Pay: $15/hour
What You'll Do:- Process resident purchases with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a positive point-of-sale experience.
- Manage cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, fostering a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Assist with other duties as needed, such as stocking merchandise or answering resident inquiries.
- Be a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
- Education – High school Level diploma or equivalent knowledge is a prerequisite for entry into profession.
- Experience/Training – Minimum of 6 months of experience in related field preferred.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – Serv Safe certification and/or Food Handlers Certification or enrollment in the certification course preferred
- Strong cash handling and point-of-sale skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents from diverse backgrounds.
- A positive attitude, a patient demeanor, and a genuine desire to serve others.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
