Auto Rewards program
- Act as the principal contact between the parts warehouse and wholesale accounts for the sale of auto parts and accessories.
- Provide excellent service via phone with efficient follow-ups and courteous communication.
- Process and follow up on phone orders for specific delivery times; inform customers of back orders or cross shipments.
- Run weekly and monthly reports designated by management.
- Keep accurate records of all transactions for phone sales.
- Maintain special order parts through the ERA system.
- Research inventory discrepancies, document errors, and report discrepancies to management.
- Utilize all options available to locate parts for customers as needed.
- Assist management in promotions and company specials.
- Sales targets:
Individual sales of $250,000 per month or as directed by the sales manager. - Return rate of 12% or less; GP% of 15.1% as an average or as directed by management.
- Keep promised delivery times to customers.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Ability to use computer systems
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
- Basic Math skills
