• Act as the principal contact between the parts warehouse and wholesale accounts for the sale of auto parts and accessories.
• Provide excellent service via phone with efficient follow-ups and courteous communication.
• Process and follow up on phone orders for specific delivery times; inform customers of back orders or cross shipments.
• Run weekly and monthly reports designated by management.
• Keep accurate records of all transactions for phone sales.
• Maintain special order parts through the ERA system.
• Research inventory discrepancies, document errors, and report discrepancies to management.
• Utilize all options available to locate parts for customers as needed.
• Assist management in promotions and company specials.
• Sales targets:
  Individual sales of $250,000 per month or as directed by the sales manager.
• Return rate of 12% or less; GP% of 15.1% as an average or as directed by management.
• Keep promised delivery times to customers.
