Our Package Handler prepares and processes merchandise according to established procedures while meeting specific production, accuracy, and safety standards. This person maintains and verifies documentation to ensure the accurate and timely flow of merchandise through the distribution center.

• Operate a hand truck.
• Pull and pack shoes for shipment to stores.
• Pull and pack shoes for fulfillment of Amazon online orders.
• Manually load and unload trailers.
• Be comfortable running automated shipping stations for shipping and receiving product.
• Learn and follow all warehouse and company policies and procedures, including all safety requirements.
• Resolve routine questions and problems and refer more complex issues to Supervisor or Manager.
• Work cooperatively with Manager and Associates to complete tasks and support process improvements and cost reductions.
• Operate a forklift (desirable but not required).
• Other general warehouse tasks as assigned.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to make accurate and efficient decisions on the best way to process an order.
• Prior Amazon order fulfillment experience – a plus.
• Must meet and maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to understand and communicate oral and written instruction.
• Able to maintain positive, professional and constructive communication with team members and management.
• Must pass a Background Check.
• Must be over 18 years of age.

• Lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs. occasionally up to 30–50 lbs.
• Continuous physical exertion such as walking, standing, bending, stooping, and material handling.

• Base schedule of eight hours per shift; overtime will vary.
• Full‑time position with a forty‑hour work week.
