Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities.;
Control access at entry and exit points by checking identification, verifying appointments and/or delivery documentation, and directing visitors and drivers to proper areas.;
Coordinate with warehouse operations and transportation staff to manage inbound and outbound traffic flow, dock and gate activity, and deter unauthorized entry.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying site leadership and emergency responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
