Food Production Associate ) - 1611731 Clark Memorial DescriptionDescription Procures,measures, and prepares food using proper safety and safe food handlingpractices. Preps all vegetables and fruits for department needs. Preps and arranges all salads, gelatins, andfruit plates in an attractive and appetizing manner. Preps, pans and sets-up salad bar incafeteria, taking and recording temperatures prior to meal service. 40 hrs/week, mixed shifts
QualificationsQualifications Food service experience is beneficial. Neat clean appearance is required. Must be able to work as a team member in a fast paced environment. Must possess good communication skills and be able to read and write.
