Operating Room Nurse Manager
Advanced Regional Surgery Center, a leading healthcare provider in the Jeffersonville, IN area, is seeking a dedicated Operating Room Nurse Manager to join our esteemed team. As an Operating Room Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, while upholding our core beliefs of value, integrity, continuity, accessibility, and community engagement.
Under the direct supervision of the Administrator, the Operating Room Nurse Manager provides clinical management and expertise over Pre-Op, PACU, Circulating nurses, surgical technicians, and central sterile processing staff to ensure patients receive high quality, efficient care.
Qualifications- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Currently licensed in the state.
- CPR required, advanced life support certification required.
- One-year experience required intra-operative setting.
- Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
- Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
