Registered Nurse – DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD)

The DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD) team is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality dialysis care at our Lincoln Hills site and to travel to other skilled nursing facilities (SNF) within the region as needed.

Position Details:
Schedule: 3‑4 days per week, 12+ hour shifts, alternating Saturdays as required.
No On‑Call: Available.
Training: Paid, hands‑on program combining classroom instruction and on‑site learning.

• Maintain complete, ongoing care for each patient ensuring dialysis treatments remain on track.
• Troubleshoot patient issues and make sound clinical decisions related to dialysis care.
• Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate care and provide patient education.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians to meet capacity and efficiency goals.
• Apply critical thinking and maintain autonomy in an independent setting.
• Adapt to a start‑up type environment, demonstrating the ability to “Get Stuff Done” (GSD).
• Travel to additional SNF clinics within the region as business and patient needs dictate.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; minimum 12 months of RN experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program (a B.S. or three‑year diploma may substitute).
• Previous experience in chronic or acute hemodialysis preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Paid, hands‑on training program available.

• Training, teaching, or healthcare education background.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
