* Basic machine operation, secondary operations, product assembly, and/or inspection of product.
* Basic responsibility for general safety of work area including basic machine safety.
* Basic responsibility for 5S of work areas.
* Assist with paperwork, reporting production output and scrap reporting.
* May assist with scrap reduction efforts.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.#

Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED or equivalent (Educación Diversificada diploma-CR).
* Entry level, 0-2 years of production or assembly experience.
* Basic knowledge of equipment operation.
* Ability to recognize obvious equipment issues and report them to Supervisor.
* Cross-Training is limited to one or two lines or processes.
* Basic math skills and familiarity with simple measurement tools.
* Capable of completing production logs, quality control checklists, incident reports and other applicable production forms or documents.
* Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform tasks safely and effectively.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and more experienced operators to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely.
