Base pay: $28.50/hr – $33.75/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

We’re seeking a versatile team member who enjoys trouble‑shooting and machine repair in an off‑shift, industrial setting. We’re expanding our team and hiring!

• Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
• Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Repair and maintain equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Replace defective parts and install special functional and structural parts.
• Set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
• Complete training on new and existing equipment.
• Apply electrical knowledge to test electrical equipment and control circuitry to determine causes of malfunction.
• Assemble and test motor control devices, switch panels, transformers, solenoids, and other electrical equipment and components according to engineering data.
• Diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain lock‑out/tag‑out procedures and train other technicians.

Weekend day shift technician – WE‑D Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday through Sunday. Overtime as needed.

• 5 years’ experience in related industrial maintenance roles with familiarity in hydraulics, mechanical, electrical machine control and/or PLCs.
• Welding/metal fabrication experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair skills for industrial equipment and electrical/electronic components; ability to read and understand electrical and machine schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Computer skills – navigation of manufacturing software and maintenance tracking systems.
• US person meeting ITAR/EAR requirements.

• Two‑year technical degree or vocational training in industrial maintenance.
• Familiarity with NEMA standards and UL Listings practices.
• Master Electrician License or similar.
• Experience with welding, robotic welding, or metal forming equipment including bending, cutting, or roll forming.
