• Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials safely and efficiently
• Perform routine pre‑ and post‑operation inspections of equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow site safety protocols and report hazards promptly
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support plant operations

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly
• Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work conditions
• Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts

• Must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA‑regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

• $21.00 per hour
