Warehouse Picker/Packer Roles - Jeffersonville, IN
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16.00/hour + $1.00 increase after 90 days contingent on good performance
The Warehouse Picker/Packer supports efficient and accurate order fulfillment. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to lift up to 60 lbs and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Received picked merchandise for packing and prepare products for shipment.
- Tape, seal, and label packages to meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with incoming shipments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a reliable and positive attitude.
- 1 year of forklift experience preferred (training available).
- Must pass background check and drug screen. Reliable transportation.

CerakoteApplicator – Jeffersonville, IN
- Mix Cerakote to the correct proportions in preparation of spraying parts.
- Apply Cerakote according to manufacturer specifications in a safe manner.
- Work closely with the Production Manager to support business growth and company goals.
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance to equipment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction accurately.
- This job will require helping in other departments when necessary, which might include disassembly/reassembly, surface prepping, or setting up lasers to engrave.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that drive efficiency in the custom shop.
- Wear appropriate PPE and follow safety precautions.
- Cerakote Certified Applicators are highly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Education
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to legally own and possess firearms under federal and state law.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen as well as a criminal background check.
- Cerakote application experience is highly preferred, but do not have to be a Certified Applicator.
- Must have a willingness to learn and continuous improvement mindset.
- Must be capable of standing most of the day and lifting up to 50lbs.

Production Administration Clerk Reporting to Production Manager.
Job Summary
The Production Administration Clerk supports day-to-day production operations by handling administrative, logistical, and compliance-related tasks within our custom gun shop. This role is designed to remove time-consuming, non-core responsibilities from the Production Manager, allowing them to focus on production flow, quality control, and meeting build schedules. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a firearms manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Manager with daily operational tasks and priorities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain production-related documentation and records
- Run production, inventory, and workflow reports as needed
- Track job statuses and help ensure work orders move smoothly through production
Firearm Receiving & Compliance
- Receive incoming firearms, parts, and components
- Accurately complete required paperwork for firearms intake, transfers, and internal tracking
- Maintain organized and compliant records in accordance with ATF and company policies
- Coordinate with management to ensure all compliance requirements are met
Inventory & Purchasing
- Monitor shop supplies, consumables, and production materials
- Place orders for tools, parts, and supplies as directed by the Production Manager
Pay: $18/Hour

M-F, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
