Jeffersonville, IN – On‑Site – Freudenberg Medical LLC

• Performs routine assignments using existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Typically requires a college or university degree or equivalent work experience.
• Has conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices.
• Has no related work experience or has work experience but requires formal training in theories/concepts in own function.
• Works under close supervision and receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
• Has no discretion to vary from established procedures by performing structured work assignments.
• Entry level to a professional career progression.
• Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a job discipline.
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.
• Accountable for own contributions.
• Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Analyzes information and standard practices to make judgements.
• Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer, Science, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering – or strong experience in a Process or Assembly Technician role within a medical device environment.
• 3 years experience (or strong exposure) to cleanroom manufacturing, validation, process control, and continuous improvement.
• A solid understanding of Lean and process improvement principles – or the enthusiasm to develop these skills on the job.
• Experience with software programs and systems mindset along with strong detail orientation and documentation skills.
• This position will work closely with senior team members, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to a wide range of processes.
• A Lean Systems Green Belt (LSGB) or Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) certification is a plus – but not essential; we value drive, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
