** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead daily quarry operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production activities
* Coordinate and support team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals
* Monitor equipment, materials, and processes to optimize operational performance
* Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of continuous improvement
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and plant operations to resolve issues
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee operational activities in an industrial setting
* Strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence
* Ability to coordinate workflows, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Working knowledge of quarry or heavy industrial operations and equipment
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
