Entry-Level Systems​/IT Analyst – Warehouse Operations

Overview

Tellworks Logistics is seeking an entry-level Systems / IT Analyst to support warehouse operations through hands-on system analysis and collaboration with Operations and the WMS (AIMSPlus+) software team. This role will work directly within the warehouse environment to identify system issues, analyze trends, prioritize fixes from an operational perspective, and help drive system optimization and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate interested in operations technology, warehouse management systems (WMS), and real-world system analysis in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Work closely with warehouse operations leadership and associates to understand daily system usage, challenges, and pain points
• Monitor, analyze, and document system errors, recurring issues, and operational trends within AIMS+ / WMS
• Act as a liaison between warehouse operations and the WMS software team, helping translate operational needs into clear system requirements
• Assist in prioritizing system issues and enhancement requests based on operational impact and business urgency
• Track system issues, enhancement requests, fixes, and deployments through resolution
• Validate system fixes and enhancements in the warehouse environment to ensure they meet operational needs
• Provide recommendations for process and system optimization to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
• Support testing, training, and documentation related to system changes or new functionality
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, workflows, and improvements

Required

• Bachelor’s degree (or nearing completion) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Entry-level candidate; 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical operations personnel
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment and collaborating with operations teams on the floor
• Basic understanding of systems, data, and process flows

• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or supply chain systems
• Internship or project experience in logistics, operations, IT, or systems analysis
• Familiarity with issue tracking, reporting tools, or basic data analysis
• Interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence
