RN ER Urgent Care Mid Shift

Summary

Seeking Registered Nurse! Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care Jefferson Ridge. Full-Time (36 Hours/Week), Mid Shift (1PM-1AM).$$ SIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE $$

• In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.
• The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers in an ER/Urgent Care setting.

This hybrid emergency room and urgent care provides both types of care to patients conveniently under one roof. Patients will receive the appropriate level of care in a simple, cost effective one-stop location. The emergency room will provide care on a 24/7 basis with transport services available to handle high-acuity emergency situations needing surgery. Nurses at this location will have a background or training in emergency care.

On-site imaging and laboratory services are also available.

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Current Indiana or compact state RN license
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required
• PALS required within 12 months of hire
• ACLS required within 12 months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification required within 30 days from hire
• Previous ER experience preferred
