We are currently seeking a Strategic Insights Analyst
. In this role you will analyze data to provide insights that inform strategic planning, focusing on market trends, customer behavior, and business performance.
- Provide analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, establish timelines, and coordinate with internal and external resources.
- Build positive relationships with defined strategic clients.
- Participate in strategic client conference calls related to open case reports, training needs, complex account customizations, and escalated issues.
- Develop, prepare, and analyze reports for management review and present findings to various levels of management.
- Provide industry or company knowledge and expertise as appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for improvement to exceed key performance indicators and participate in program enhancements with Pharma Cord leadership as needed.
- Work cross-functionally to achieve long-term solutions for strategic clients and issues or requests.
- Occasional travel onsite to visit assigned strategic clients and partners.
- Exceptional client service skills.
- Ability to execute and prioritize a large number of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and self-starter/critical thinking mindset.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Commitment to honesty and integrity; professional and effective in a team setting.
- Extreme multi-tasking skills and proficiency with computer applications.
- Adaptability to change and personal initiative aligned with organizational goals.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Have a 4-year bachelor’s degree (required).
- Have some SQL experience.
- Technically savvy with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience working in healthcare (e.g., medical billing, coding, administration) is preferred.
- Experience building and managing relationships at all levels of management (internal and client-facing).
