We are currently seeking a Strategic Insights Analyst
. In this role you will analyze data to provide insights that inform strategic planning, focusing on market trends, customer behavior, and business performance.

• Provide analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, establish timelines, and coordinate with internal and external resources.
• Build positive relationships with defined strategic clients.
• Participate in strategic client conference calls related to open case reports, training needs, complex account customizations, and escalated issues.
• Develop, prepare, and analyze reports for management review and present findings to various levels of management.
• Provide industry or company knowledge and expertise as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to exceed key performance indicators and participate in program enhancements with Pharma Cord leadership as needed.
• Work cross-functionally to achieve long-term solutions for strategic clients and issues or requests.
• Occasional travel onsite to visit assigned strategic clients and partners.

• Exceptional client service skills.
• Ability to execute and prioritize a large number of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and self-starter/critical thinking mindset.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Commitment to honesty and integrity; professional and effective in a team setting.
• Extreme multi-tasking skills and proficiency with computer applications.
• Adaptability to change and personal initiative aligned with organizational goals.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a positive attitude.

• Have a 4-year bachelor’s degree (required).
• Have some SQL experience.
• Technically savvy with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience working in healthcare (e.g., medical billing, coding, administration) is preferred.
• Experience building and managing relationships at all levels of management (internal and client-facing).

Location:

150 Hilton Drive, Jeffersonville, IN (onsite). This is a full-time role.
