Advanced Regional Surgery Center is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist! Welcome to Advanced Regional Surgery Center, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and a service‑oriented environment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations: interface with patients and families, physicians and staff;
admit patients and process their paperwork; update patient demographics/information in the system; collect monies due and document in the billing system; handle funds per office procedure; and answer incoming phone calls. Position requires weekdays only — no holidays or weekends. Competitive salary and benefits are offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
- Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment required to fulfill job duties.
- Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
- Bilingual preferred.
