One Stop Health Brokers is hiring2 full-time Licensed Only Agents (LOAs)to work on-site in our newly renovated Jeffersonville office. This role is for
dependable, driven producers
who are comfortable handling high-volume Medicare calls and want
control over their income
.

LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE AGENCY

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound Medicare calls daily
• Company-provided leads with the opportunity to earn commission on self-sourced leads!
• Accurately document activity in CRM and phone systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally with Medicare beneficiaries
• Follow compliance and internal workflows

• Life & Health insurance license or the ability to obtain your Life & Health License (Licensing and Exam paid for by the agency).
• Full-time availability with consistent attendance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable being on the phone
• Dependable, motivated, and production-focused

• CRM software and phone systems
• Windows 11
• Microsoft Office products

• ONCE YOU   LICENSED:Hourly pay ($20/hr) + commission for the first 90 days, commission-only after 90-day training period PLUS renewals every year!
