When you join the team as an Oncology Program Manager, you will lead a team delivering an exceptional patient experience as patients navigate access to complex medications. You will provide consultation to clients as the program knowledge expert and work to optimize the program impact for continued patient support.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Program Management: align program objectives with client goals, ensure execution of services in compliance with contracted service levels, manage client service request queues, implement client-specific business rules, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Financial: monitor weekly updates affecting program financial forecast and prepare activity summaries for client invoicing.
  • Team selection, hiring, training and development: identify talent, partner with HR to maintain staffing levels, develop a pipeline of candidates, and drive training and retention.
  • Client support: analyze client-specific operational results, prepare client business reviews with metrics and insights, be the primary contact for program questions and issue resolution, ensure Adverse Events/Product Complaints are reported per instructions.
  • Personal attributes: demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, technical savviness with platforms and data, analytical mindset, initiative, emotional intelligence, integrity, adaptability, innovation, and clear communication.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry required.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with Oncology programs/products.
  • Previous personnel/team management experience required; experience managing managers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and product commercialization is a plus.
  • Experience leading customer service teams is a plus; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Location:

    Jeffersonville, IN; willingness to work in this location. Travel as required by role may apply.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Full-time exempt position.
  • Regular talking/listening, sitting, typing, and reaching; able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy; able to sit for extended periods.
  • Professional office environment; standard office equipment usage.
