Job Title: Dialysis Experienced Patient Care Technician - Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD)

Location: 326 Country Club Dr., New Albany, IN 47150 (site dialysis den) and serving surrounding SNFs as needed

Schedule: 3-4 days per week, 12+ hour shifts. Operations typically Monday–Saturday; days may vary based on market needs.

• Take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track.
• Work in conjunction with dialysis RNs to provide dialysis care.
• Spend the majority of the day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment.
• Monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats and machine setup.
• Maintain autonomy and apply core skills in an independent setting while collaborating with cross-functional resources as needed.

• You must have: High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
