Outpatient Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide support to day‑to‑day operations of the Intensive Outpatient program
• Administrative functions, utilization review, assessment, discharge planning, case management
• Conduct group therapy, individual and family therapy
• Create treatment plans and updates as part of an interdisciplinary team approach
• Work with all populations served by the program

Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work or a clinically related mental‑health field.

Experience: Prefer two (2) years clinical experience in a psychiatric facility with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills. Experience may include practicum, internship studies, or work at a mental‑health institution during undergraduate studies.

License: Must be licensed (or under supervision) as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana.

Additional Requirements: CPR certification and CPI training prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. Willingness to work 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with possible flexible hours. Exempt salaried position. Thorough screening (drug testing, CPS check, etc.) included.
