Patient Care Technician – Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD)

DaVita Kidney Care is launching a new team to provide high‑quality dialysis services at skilled nursing facilities (SNF). Approximately 10% of dialysis patients reside in an SNF and are transported to dialysis three times a week. The DSD Service will leverage DaVita’s resources to develop infrastructure and grow the service line.

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will:

• Provide day‑to‑day dialysis care in direct one‑on‑one patient interactions.
• Manage dialysis equipment, record vital statistics, and monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Apply critical thinking and autonomous decision‑making in a complex service line.

Full‑time, 12+ hour shifts. Primary site: 326 Country Club Dr., New Albany, IN 47150. May support additional SNF sites as business needs arise. Operations Monday–Saturday; scheduled days vary based on market needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
