Seeking qualified practice manager for Clark Physician Group (CPG) multi-physician office and Central Billing Office. Duties include supervision of staff and profit/loss responsibility. The manager will oversee the daily operations of CPG physician office(s) ensuring quality, efficiency, professionalism, and cost effectiveness. Billing office duties include supervision of staff to promote an effective and efficient revenue cycle.

• Participate in planning, organizing, and implementing business activities of the department that align with goals and contribute to the success of CPG.
• Ensure adequate and qualified physician office staff through selective hiring, training, development, motivation, scheduling, and utilization of vocational/technical school students.
• Manage cost control of clinical and office supplies and equipment, monitor staff productivity, and control overtime to maximize revenue.
• Assist in analyzing results and developing improvement processes.
• Participate in budgeting, marketing/promotional events, community projects, ISBH compliance, and intra/interdepartmental process improvement teams.

• Previous practice management and medical billing experience required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred.
