Overview
Job Description - Certified Medical Assistant-Havens Group )
Responsibilities- Description Front and back office duties. Back office clinical duties include but not limited to: physician assisting, venipuncture, injections, EKG, CLIA regulations, PFTs and general lab duties.
- Front office duties to include: answering telephone, medical records filing and pulling charts, handling patient requests.
- Scheduling, pre-certifications and prior authorizations.
- Job includes many multi-tasking and ability to prioritize.
- Must be familiar with CLIA/OSHA regulations.
- Must have excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills with all ages.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
- Require some schedule flexibility.
- 40 hrs, 1st shift Up to $3000 sign on bonus
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Medical Assistant Degree/Certification in the field of Medical Assisting.
- Previous physician office or similar experience preferred.
- CPR certification REQUIRED (AHA).
