Base pay range: $60,000.00 / yr – $90,000.00 / yr.

Curriculum Design Engineers work closely with our technical writing, multimedia, and graphical services teams to develop training systems that include interactive eLearning and hands‑on simulators.

• Collaborate with technical writing, multimedia, and graphical services teams to create training outlines and hands‑on procedures for both new and updated products.
• Work directly with technical writers who will transform your outlines into fully refined training systems.
• Research concepts and new topic areas as new projects are added.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• 5 years of work experience in an engineering role.
• Experience with refrigeration or process control systems.
• Experience with fluid power systems (hydraulic/pneumatic).
• Experience with mechanical systems and preventive maintenance.
