Location:

The Learning Experience — Foxboro, MA. Pay: $22–$23 per hour.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday–Friday. Age Group:
Toddlers & Preschool (approx. 2.5–4 years)

The Learning Experience — Foxboro is hiring an experienced Early Childhood Lead Teacher to guide one of our toddler or preschool classrooms. Our center is known for creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning through play-based instruction.

This role is ideal for an ECE-certified teacher who enjoys leading a classroom, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality early childhood education in a daycare or preschool setting.

• Oversee daily classroom operations while maintaining a safe, positive learning environment
• Lead and support assistant teachers through coaching and example
• Deliver engaging lessons using The Learning Experience curriculum framework
• Adapt activities to support individual learning styles and developmental needs
• Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and updates
• Work closely with center leadership to support enrollment, retention, and program quality
• Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts health, safety, and licensing standards

• Massachusetts EEC certification required
• Minimum 6 months of classroom teaching experience (1 year preferred)
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
• CPR/First Aid preferred

• $22–$23 per hour
