About the job Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician (Inpatient)Position Overview
Were seeking a compassionate and board-eligible or board-certified Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician to provide high-quality inpatient care focused on comfort, dignity, and support for patients and families. In this role, you'll guide complex care conversations, manage symptoms across a range of serious illnesses, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. This is a mission-driven position ideal for physicians who value connection, empathy, and purpose in their practice.

Required QualificationsBoard eligible or board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Experience in hospice, palliative care, hospitalist, primary care, or geriatrics preferred
Active Indiana medical license, or willingness to obtain it
Additional licensure in Kentucky is a plus
Comfortable with a Monday thru Friday daytime schedule, including some on-call nights and weekends
Eligible for competitive salary, 10% annual bonus, and additional $25,000 bonus for on-call rotation
Work ScheduleFull-time, Monday to Friday days with rotating on-call nights and weekends
