Overview
Minutemen Direct is recruiting for an Office Administrator in Jeffersonville, IN for a construction/development company. Must have 3+ years of finance experience, with a solid understanding of project-based payment workflows and financial operations in a construction/manufacturing background. Pay is $40K-$60k range BOE.
Responsibilities- Supports project administration, documentation, and logistics for the site.
- Ensure a smooth communication between field, management, and subcontractors.
- Maintain project documentation, permits, and safety training records.
- Process RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and correspondence.
- Manage onboarding, site access, and orientation records.
- Support logistics, scheduling, and internal reporting.
- 3+ years of administrative experience in construction or manufacturing.
- Possess foundational finance experience, with a solid understanding of project-based payment workflows and financial operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
