Accounts Payable Specialist

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is continuing to grow, and we're looking for a strong Accounts Payable professional who wants to be part of a fast-moving real estate and construction organization.

This is not a basic AP clerk role. You’ll be working across construction, development, and property management, handling vendor and subcontractor payments and playing an important role in keeping projects moving.

You’ll manage the full accounts payable cycle across multiple companies and projects.

This includes:

• Processing vendor and subcontractor invoices
• Managing check runs, ACH payments, and wires
• Maintaining vendor records and W-9 documentation
• Reviewing vendor statements and resolving issues
• Supporting month-end close activities

• Matching invoices to purchase orders and subcontracts
• Supporting job cost coding and approvals
• Tracking and collecting lien waivers
• Working closely with project managers

• Processing utility and vendor invoices
• Coordinating approvals with property managers

You will serve as a key contact for vendors and subcontractors, helping resolve payment questions and keeping relationships running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented who can manage a steady volume of invoices across multiple entities.

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in accounting systems

• Experience with Sage 300 CRE, Procore, HH2, or Yardi
• Familiarity with lien waivers
• Multi-entity accounting experience
